FMCG sector might be able to increase the level of engagement by
adapting the mediators as Work stress, and Work-Life balance, and the factor of
Work Stress offered the highest impact factor and mediator. Apparently, it
contributed as a significant component to employee engagement (
Balancing one role will benefit the other role. Companies with engaged employees have higher productivity, profitability, growth, customer satisfaction and employee retention due to reduced turnover and less intention to leave the company. Engagement enables workers to be good leaders that carry on their work with responsibility (Nor Siah Jaharuddin, Liyana Nadia Zainol -2019).
There is an
influence of work life balance on employee engagement, it can be said that good
work life balance will increase employee engagement (
